On the occasions of business partners meetings, company parties, birthdays or others, our restaurant can offer a degustation slow food menu constisting of 8 to 10 courses combined with degustation of Moravian and foreign wines.
Menu is prepared by our kitchen's team under the leadership of chef Tomáš Holešovský and participation of Jiří Kokeš, cook Da Emanuel in Dejvice and Honza Řepa, participant of TV cooking show a and owner of Culinaria company.
We make delicacy dishes of both czech and foreign cuisine, especially Italian - degustations of matured beef, fish and seafood or specialites of Italian cuisine. Menu can be composed thematicaly according to the actual season. Jewels from the world of wines are prepared for you by sommelier Martin Mojžíš from Harmonia Vini.
